Great businesses need great people.

TD Hire was founded by Brylie Moncur after more than a decade in senior sales, digital marketing and commercial leadership across News Corp, News Xtend, Tubi and Omnicom Media Group.

While building an offshore team for another business she founded, Brylie experienced the calibre of Filipino professional talent firsthand. She saw an opportunity to make that same level of talent more accessible to Australian businesses and TD Hire was born.

After leaving corporate leadership to build a business of her own, Brylie began building an offshore team — and saw firsthand the calibre of professional talent in the Philippines.

Senior professionals. Specialists. Highly experienced people who had worked with Australian, US and international businesses.

The talent was there.
The experience was there.
The ambition was there.

And Brylie saw what happened when the right people were brought into a growing business:

More capacity. More output. More room to grow.

It wasn't simply about outsourcing work. It was about building a bigger, stronger team — giving businesses the capacity to take on more work, grow revenue and increase profit without the overhead of building a large local team.

What was missing was the connection. That became the foundation for TD Hire.

Today, TD Hire connects exceptional Filipino professionals with Australian businesses — finding people who become a genuine extension of the team, work their hours, use their systems and contribute directly to the business.

Great businesses need great people. We connect them.
That's why TD Hire exists.
